Members of the Porter Consulting team met with the Executive Team at Travis Credit Union and understood the organizations need to expand. After understanding the Credit Union’s goals and objectives, 32 acres of unimproved land was acquired. After the acquisition of the property, Porter representatives met with the multiple members of Vacaville’s leadership to secure all entitlements for the new 120,000 square foot corporate headquarters. The project was managed on schedule and was delivered under budget given skillful project and construction management. The completed project remains a focal point of the Vacaville landscape.
